Ok

Disliked: The area around the hotel is extremly dangerous. People waiting to take your money. I was afraid to walk around after 6pm.

Great value, great location

Liked: This is a little hidden gem. Great location, 20 minute walk from the train station, 20 minute walk to the Orpheum theater, going to make plans specifically to stay there again.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: room is a bit old, bedding not very clean, water leaks at the base of shower stall, noisy at night from the street, room attendants not too friendly
