Liked: Great location and have a lot of great amenities.
Disliked: Pull out couch came with stained sheets but they did replace them in a timely matter and gave us an hour extra at checkout. No big deal.

Beach Boy stay, family thoughts

Liked: We absolutely loved the location of our condo and the condo itself was so comfortable and really clean!
Disliked: The parking is lacking in space for the size of most vehicles. We couldn't open our doors to get everyone out if I didn't let them out before I pulled in to a parking spot.

Convenient location, beautiful grounds

Liked: location was great - the pool and lounge areas are awesome.
Disliked: Moldy coffee maker in the room. Rooms need a little TLC.

Liked: Beautiful grounds and location.
Disliked: Condo was old, sad and very dated. Needed a thorough cleaning and a complete redo. Because it was old, it had a very nasty musty smell.

Nice stay closer to beach...

Liked: Kauai Beach resort was very good for it price and the facilities.. Though it was a little outdated, the location closer to beach and spacious rooms were very impressive.. We liked the property and would recommend it for families..
Disliked: The little dated interiors and pests could be seen around.. It was not a major concern but if addressed would make it even better..
