We really enjoyed the fabulous...

Liked: We really liked the location and the front desk staff, they were very helpful. We also enjoyed using the pool and spa at the Outrigger Resort--that was a nice bonus. And we also made good use of some beach chairs and a bamboo beach mat out of the storage shed, so thanks for that.
Disliked: #1-The internet didn't work for our room--we had to sign in to a different room to get working internet. #2-There were no basic ingredients in your kitchen. I would have loved to have had a salt and pepper shaker. #3-More hooks and a drying rack for our swim suits and the beach towels would have been very nice, there weren't any places for us to realistically air dry anything - we were able to use the washer dryer though. #4-The TV/cable and remote situation was confusing to use, some instructions/pictures would have been useful. #5-The mugs in the kitchen too small! They could barely hold 6oz. We went to a local thrift store and bought two larger mugs to use while we were there.

Loved the location, the staff...

Liked: The staff was wonderful! Welcoming and they had a free activity or offer each day.. mai tais, lei making, shave ice, etc. )Our AC quit working and they had it back on asap. The location and access to the neighboring resort with better pools and restaurants was nice.
Disliked: The property was older and the door was a little tricky to open with the wristband key. I think they should update the door locks to work more smoothly. I liked having access tot he neighboring resort but I think they should be more clear about the daily resort fee that is added on at the end ($21 per day) at the time of booking rather than just mentioned at check in.

Liked: Central location. Ability to utilize the adjoining properties pools. Friendly staff. Small shed with beach toys we could borrow.
Disliked: The room we had was super run down, not "white glove" clean.

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: Safety issues are a concern. Most of the property balconies were falling apart. The concrete was failing and wooden posts were propped under back to hold them up.

Liked: - Quiet place- Bed super comfortable- The possibility to borrow games and to play basket
Disliked: - To pay an extra resort fee of 150$ when arriving, this was the only accommodation we had to pay an extra We choose this place because of the nice pictures but : - The beach is quite close but you cannot go because of the strong current it is too dangerous- The appartment is definitely not like the one shown when choosing the apartment type on Booking. Old furniture, very big air cond block and very big pipe on the floor into our room, small balcony with air cond block. No view from the balcony on the ocean as in the picture but on the road, parking, neighbours balconies, local trash and some trees. One small bathroom with no separate toiletsWe spent the week before in another club Wyndam accomodation and we were like in paradise. When we arrived here, we were so disappointed whereas we paid the same price. For the same price, the other appartement was new, bigger. We had a suite and a guest room both with private bathroom and toilets and a huge balcony with view in tropical flower tree.- the sofa bed of the living room is not comfortable at all

I will not be return...

Liked: The grounds were beautiful and the location was perfect. We also like the fact we were able to utilize The Outrigger.
Disliked: The photos listed on Booking.com DID NOT show how the room looked in reality, it was deceptive. The moment we walked into room E6 it had a strong mold, musty and mildew smell. We had to open the sliding glass door and found rust stains on the living room curtain. We could not open the living room window as there was a big crack going across the window. Heavy corrosion and rust around the front door frame and the front door deadbolt did not work. There was also a heavy amount of corrosion and rust on the air conditioner unit and panel. The outside balcony was structurally unsound. In the bottom area, you can see chunks of cement had fallen apart. The carpet had stains in the living room bar area near the kitchen. The bedroom carpet near the window there was about 2 feet of the carpet missing that had been cut out. The bathroom light switch mirror plates all needed to be replaced as they were all pealing. The paneling around the tub was damaged and needs to be replaced. The kitchen was the only room that was presentable except the vent was heavily covered in dust. The furniture was old and worn. The upkeep of the place, we felt uncomfortable to sit, eat or sleep. We spoke to the front desk the moment we checked into the room the first evening and were told we call back in the morning. The manager was very friendly and was able to accommodate us to another room D20. The manager informed us the bottom unit floors had been renovated. The second and third floors require much-needed renovation. We noticed the outside units A,B, C & D were painted. The exterior units E,F,G & H show long-term damage due to rotting wood and paint peeling. Worldmark should not book rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors due to their condition. This place is a safety hazard.
