The best of Nuremberg

Liked: So much to love about this hotel. The canal view room, the interior, the restaurant and bar, the spa and pool, the friendliness of the staff and the breakfast were all flawless.
Disliked: The only thing I could be critical of was the room temperature, which took quite a while to warm up. Also the oat milk in the coffee was a bit too bready for me.

A beautiful hotel, everything was...

Liked: The breakfast was lovely, there was a lot of choice and was lovely quality food. The location was perfect for getting out and about seeing the City. We loved the views from our balcony and the industrial yet warm and cozy interior design. The Spa was lovely.
Disliked: It would have been good to have been shown the different pillows available on check in as the ones in the room were so soft we couldn’t get used to them but kept forgetting to ask to change them. The pool was really cold which was a shame as it would have been nice to spend more time in there making use of the fabulous views and beautiful windows.

Wonderful luxury hotel with fantastic...

Liked: Fantastic luxurious hotel in the centre of Nürnberg; wonderful welcoming, warm, friendly staff who spoke brilliant English. Hotel spotlessly clean; lovely 'open' fires; modern; all mod-cons; big comfortable bed with a choice of pillows; stunning bathroom; everything you'd expect from a luxury hotel.
Disliked: I couldn't stay longer!

Exceptional

Comfortable and a lovely place...

Liked: Bed was super comfortable, lights were nice and aesthetic and loved being able to change the lighting level. The bathroom was nice and clean with all the stuff I need and the temperature and water pressure was great!! The staff were lovely and the location was a short walk to any shops or places I wanted to visit.

Disliked: pool was beautiful but far too cold.

Our stay in Nuremberg was...

Liked: The hotel was moments away from Nuremberg's mail plaza. It was walking distance from everything! Our room had a view of the plaza, yet was very quiet. The room was nicely laid out and comfortable. The welcome we received when we arrived was outstanding. We were tired from a long train ride, but the ladies at the front desk helped to put a smile on our faces.
Disliked: We asked for an extra hour to check out, and were told it would be an extra 99 euro. We have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world, and this was a first! It left a bad impression on an otherwise wonderful stay.
