Exceptional

Liked: Great hosts. Very comfortable bed and a lovely en suite shower room. Breakfast was good and the view from the patio was stunning. Thank you Leslie and Ron. Highly recommend this place.
Disliked: Steep driveway.

Best experience of stay accommodation...

Liked: Views over the city, very well appointed interior and exterior spaces. Wonderful design sense.
Disliked: A bit difficult to access from the road but hosts facilitated to minimize the issue

Wonderful location and beautiful property

Liked: The hosts Lesley and Ron were very friendly and helpful. Property is in a beautiful location, short drive to restaurants etc. room was spacious and clean, comfortable beds.
Disliked: Can’t think of anything.

Fantastic guest house

Liked: A fantastic place to stay. Everything is quality and all you will ever need. Great views over Rotorua. Very nice and friendly owners too who did everything to make our stay a good one. Probably the best guest house we have ever stayed at anywhere.
Disliked: Nothing
