Okay for one night

Liked: We enjoyed the thermal spa Bath in our room. Otherwise okay for one night.
Disliked: The person checking us in and out was the most unfriendly I have come across. The room was not very clean. Lots of dust and the mirror was smeared. The sheets did seem clean, which was something.

Liked: we were meant to have a spa but it was covered with a plywood

Crap karaka experience

Liked: Whole experience was ruined by being told that we had to pay when we'd already paid via booking.com and then the( manager?) Said we would have to apply to booking.com to get money back as * that is how its done* so far we are still 165.50 short of our refund. I will NEVER recommend to this hotel.
Disliked: As above. Completely ruined experience. We arnt rich, and this trip was a treat for us. We Could have overlooked the broken shower doors, the faulty showers the general filth around the property otherwise. Would never recommend.

Disliked: Dirty ripped curtains,not cleaned properly,no balcony as booked,pallet in courtyard over broken spa.Dirty blankets.Roof patched inside,walls marked.
