Liked: Super clean, and the staff was AMAZING! They were helpful, friendly, and suggested great places to eat. Shuttle service was excellent and speedy, too! We'll definitely stay there again.

Liked: Got a free room upgrade. Very nice spacious room. Clean facility throughout. Sucks to pay for parking and there is lots of construction on Main Street. Shower drained very slowly but overall a great stay.

Disliked: the room was dirty the floor had not been cleaned there were water bottle caps/beer caps on the floor sticky stuff on the floors and tables. parking is a *itch always stuck-up top (why there are so many unused valet parking spots) the parking fee is a little crazy on the price

Liked: The hotel was beautiful! The rooms were so nice. The bed was comfy. The bathrooms were spotless. My son enjoyed the gym. We had drinks at the bar, and our bartender did an amazing job. The hotel was five minutes from where my son’s concert was playing. We also took advantage of the shuttle service to visit the Plaza and do some shopping.
