Disliked: Overpriced.

Liked: Super clean, and the staff was AMAZING! They were helpful, friendly, and suggested great places to eat. Shuttle service was excellent and speedy, too! We'll definitely stay there again.

Liked: Location was good. The bus and the driver to the Plaza wasVery nice. It was very clean.
Disliked: The front staff was snotty. We had reserved a king and got a queen. They said because we booked through Booking that they wouldn’t honor that reservation. It was loud in our room. We could hear the people next door yelling. The breakfast was extremely expensive. We were not told there would be a $30 parking fee. I would have booked somewhere else for that amount of extra money.

Disliked: Rude front desk, no one to help with lugage, very bad entrance and parking. Also, their breakfast setup was not even told to us until we were leaving, and no coffee other than 2 packets in the room

Liked: Jason was a great help when we found one of our beds with blood, medication, and food in it.
Disliked: Our first room had blood on the sheets, an ibuprofen tablet, and food in the bed. Also the refrigerator was cool but not cold. We changed rooms and was told our reservation for the second night would be updated and it was not. When we got back from our daughters live television performance on the Plaza we had to wait for a very long time to get things sorted out and back in to our room. Jason did comp us breakfast. I feel like we wouldn't have had these issues if we had chosen a different hotel.

Liked: Lobby was nice
Disliked: The room & parking . The room was not up to expectations. Dirty floor in bathroom too .

Liked: Had the most comfy bed I've ever slept in. Very clean.
Disliked: Had to go through 2 elevators and some stairs to get from my car to my room. If you park on the parking garage above the 5th level you will need to go down a flight of stairs to get to the elevator in the lobby. Then another elevator to my room floor. A little inconvenient for paying $30 a night.
