Exterior and carpeting is in need of updating but the room was clean and price was right.

Disliked: Carpeting is old and makes the place look bad

Liked: The room is decent clean. Breakfast is only a few options but staff is very nice. There is microwave and ice maker which is a plus.
Disliked: The shower is leaked so need to stand right under to get water

Liked: The room was a decent size room and the bed was great
Disliked: They kicked us out and wouldn't tell us why

Disliked: Could've been a little cleaner. Didn't look like room had been vacuumed along walls & shower was stained

Turned up to find that...

Liked: The location is good (10 minute walk to the park) and the building seemed fine.
Disliked: The hotel was closed with a sign on the door indicating they had to close due to an emergency. I did not receive any communication of this, having booked several weeks in advance.
