Liked: Modern, clean, breakfast was decent. The location was also decent.
Disliked: We were given a ground floor room near reception. The hotel is very noisy, staff was incredibly loud from early in the morning.

Liked: Lovely staff at check-in and check-out. Everyone was so friendly and helpful
Disliked: The toilet in the bathroom was leaking water all over the floor. Someone came immediately to clean it up, but the next morning it was full of water again. This needs to get fixed.The owners need to purchase fitted sheets for the beds, because the sheets there come undone, so I woke up partially on the mattress. Yuck! This is a very easy fix. I hope when I return, this will be fixed .

Liked: It is a 5 minute walk to the Bellas Artes palace, everything is every close and there's even a train stations around the corner, breakfast was delicious and everyone was super kind. I would totally go back to this hotel.
