Liked: Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent, close to all the museums and walking distance to other major sites but if you prefer, public transit was readily available.

Disliked: The room wasn't cleaned upon arrival, someone (looked like the maid) left a used coffee mug and cigarette smoke in the room. The bathroom was dirty, there was no floor mat at the bathtub. The beds were so used, like lying in a shell. The furniture, appliances, carpets were like from 20-25 years old. Run-down, dirty. The overall experience was very disappointing.

Liked: Excellent location in the city center, everything accessible on foot. Very very comfortable beds, excellent breakfast and nice staff.

We had a wonderful stay...

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay here! It was very easy to get around, the subway and trams were two minutes away.Once we got our bearings we found we could walk everywhere.The staff at the hotel were all wonderful, from the front desk, to the breakfast room to the bar where we stopped to have a beer each night! Our bed was very comfortable. The bathroom spacious and the shower was good! The food for breakfast each morning was plentiful! Lots of choice! I would certainly stay here again !
