This hotel is in a great location, its just a bit tired and could do with a refresh

Liked: Location was perfect for Earls Court. Staff were excellent.
Disliked: Rooms are tired and need updating. We booked two rooms for two couples and ended up with completely different bed sizes although we had booked the same rate on one booking. The staff were excellent though and moved us without any issues.

Good location for commuting into central London

Liked: Hotel is close to underground station reaching central London quickly (Piccadilly and District line) and Heathrow airport directly. Beds were comfy. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Free umbrellas and water (refilled regularly). Friendly and helpful staff. Decorations and ambience were very festive according to Christmas season.
Disliked: Rooms are not sound proof, so you could hear people passing the room or walking in the room above. Bathroom couldnt be locked. Except for the lobby, it was quite narrow having a stroller (plus stairs at the front door). We had a false fire alarm in the middle of the night, which can happen, but there were multiple false alarms and the communication at the reception was rather poor.

Liked: The hotel is located very close to the underground station, there are a few eateries nearby
Disliked: The room and room facilities are extremely dated, felt like a room from the early 1990's. Barely lit, dark tiny bathroom, bath not cleaned properly No amenity kit Empty bar in the room The room description said it could fit 3 people, but with 3rd sleeping place, it was impossible to move around the room Drafty windows Extremely poor sound insulation

Excellent home comfort

Liked: The staff were friendly breakfast was amazing the fire area in the pub was acceptional just a really lovely laid back hotel. Also with parking which is a bonus we will always use this hotel when travelling to London
Disliked: I cant find fault

Were starting to realize that we need to pay more for a good room.

Liked: We stayed here in 2019 so we decided to return. The location was very good, given its proximity to the tube.
Disliked: The heater did not work for a day. Though we were upgraded to a bigger room, we still needed to pack and unpack 2x.
