I love k+k hotel fenix...

Liked: The staff was amazing, unfortunately I was bedridden for the entire vacation due to lower back pain, Leona, Daniel, and the rest of the staff helped and made my stay very easy
Disliked: The only thing that wasn't right was the soft mattress, which didn't help my pain

Disliked: Hotel didn’t accepted our request of cancellation of booking due to some emergency at our end. One should be considerate enough in such situations rather than thinking about money only.

Comfortable and affordable stay

Liked: Fantastic city centre location. Smooth and easy check in and check out. You can leave your luggage with reception. 12pm check out bonus!! Insanely comfortable beds with an extra addition of a sauna and gym facilities downstairs, so make sure to bring swimwear. Daily housekeeping and towels, refilled water. Overall 9/10.
Disliked: Preferred a walk in shower rather than a bath tub.
