Unfortunate.

Liked: Nice hotel and close to the old town.
Disliked: Absolutely NOT wheelchair friendly whatsoever. The rooms are too small and the toilet is even smaller the wheelchair cannot fit the door.

Beautiful hotel but need some...

Liked: The location is perfect.
Disliked: One of reception member was pretty rude. I picked up a garbage (from candies) that was all over the floor in the lobby and I put it on the desk asking him to throw them away because I did not see any garbage bin. And he was angry and raised his voice by telling me that those are garbage. And told him that I know it was garbage that’s why I picked them up since there was no garbage bin around. I supposed it was his job to make sure the reception is clean. And his job as well to be polite to his guests.

Liked: The hotel looks great, the room was nice. I liked the floor heating in the bathroom since it was cold outside. The location is great, you are in the center of the city by 5 mins walking.
Disliked: Me and boyfriend booked a room with a queen bed, but we got two beds that were separated but one close to the other.
