Great location, comfortable stay, friendly...
Liked: It was a little pricey. Felt nickel and dimed with destination fees. We also had an emergency evacuation occur at 1:30am. I only saw about two staff members downstairs after the fire department said we can go back inside. My family evacuated out the side of the building from the third floor to the street across from the plaza. It looked like more people were directly outside the front of the building. That may be where the staff were located? It looks like the fire alarm was a false alarm but we were not given any information.

Overall I would like to...
Liked: It was nice to be close to a lot of attractions and in the heart of downtown
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that after arriving early, at 9:30 with a 6:00a flight from Chicago we had to wait six hours in the lobby to get a room at 3:30. We were told at the time that the rooms weren’t available at the moment due to staff cleaning and when one becomes available they will call my phone. So while in the lobby waiting we were extremely tired and trying to keep our eyes open we were approached by security twice telling us we not to be taking a nap in the lobby. My wife and I noticed that other people were coming in and was able to get rooms well before us while arriving well after us and that’s when I complained and when I did I was told that they had over booked the hotel and that’s when they give us a room but then after getting a room, it was not a room that we ordered. We purchased the monumental view room but instead we was given a room without a clear view and the room was smaller then what we paid for and also the room wasn’t very clean of course I called down to front desk and asked to be placed in another room I was told they had had another room on the third floor that was better. When I went downstairs to switch rooms I spoke to one of the male clerks at the front desk, he seemed to have an attitude to why I wanted to switch rooms like I didn’t have a valid reason to switch.
