Liked: The hotel's location is excellent, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.Hotel is beautiful and well maintained. We will certainly return and recommend it to our family and friends.
Disliked: I was dissatisfied with the level of attention to detail provided by the housekeeping staff.

Staff indifference, unfulfilled refund commitment,...
Liked: We selected the resort based on positive recommendations we received from friends and acquaintances. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet those expectations and was disappointing.
Disliked: Upon our arrival in the evening, I began experiencing flu-like symptoms including a high fever. My wife reached out to the reception to request a thermometer and some fever/pain relief medication. To our surprise, we were informed that they did not have either available. We tried again the following morning, only to receive the same response. We even asked if a staff member could purchase the medication on their way to work that day, offering to pay for such service, but once again, there was no willingness to assist us. Feeling uncertain about my condition and experiencing a complete lack of concern from the staff, we decided to leave prematurely and drive back home. Since the resort had charged us for our entire planned stay upon our arrival, the receptionist confirmed at checkout that we would receive a refund of CAD 1375. However, when we requested proof of the refund, they refused to provide a POS receipt and instead printed a non-convincing, disorganized summary of charges that included the refund. Frustrated, we left, hoping to see the refund reflected in our card account within the promised timeframe of 5-7 working days. Now, it's mid-January and we have yet to receive the refund. The resort has retained the full charge, despite having only stayed for 2 nights instead of 4. I have hesitated to contact them further as I doubt they would accept responsibility and would likely hide behind a 'no refund' policy or blame the bank, which would only add to my frustration.Additionally, early on the day of our departure, our daughter briefly used the resort's indoor pool. Upon returning to our room, my wife immediately remarked that "the pool was not clean". Within 24 hours, our daughter developed a severe ear infection (affecting both ears) for the first time in her life.
