Don’t recommend

Liked: I order strawberries and champagne for my girlfriends birthday and on the arrival they won’t there, I called the same night to get them delivered and never arrived, next day the same. The shower head did not work properly until the last day that they finally came to fix it. The house keeper did not empty my garage and took the toilet paper and did not replaced, put the tissue box on top of the empty one and left the couch in the middle of the room. There was only one bathrobe and it was dirty. Ihad no phone service for all of my stay cause no one came to fix the phone. The room next door had a dog all day barking in the room and complains where made with no result. I’m really disappointed with this visit

Not worth the price tag

Liked: I liked the location of the property and it was very beautiful
Disliked: They could not accommodate our room that was supposed to be riverfront. They ended up giving us separate rooms. After promising us rooms next to one another they put us on separate hallways. My two young teens ended up in a different hallway than us which was uncomfortable. I was promised a new room in the morning and I was told they could not do it when I asked in the am. We could not use the tub in our room because it did not hold water (stopper was broken) and they promised to send someone up and never did. Only one elevator was working the entire stay and it took 30 mins every time you needed to go up or down waiting. This is no exaggeration.

Liked: The property is amazing. So many restaurants and bars inside the complex.
Disliked: Accessible to all of Savannah’s attractions with a beautiful view of the river.
