Liked: The scenery was beautiful both inside the hotel and outside. Loved that they have infused pictures of water to keep people hydrated! This was amazing! The beds were comfy, the he staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy, the tv was nice and big and offered a variety of channels, loved hanging out on the balcony.
Disliked: It would be nice if there were more activities offered, basketball, arts and crafts, bowling etc. There were not a lot of on site breakfast options. Having a microwave in the rooms would have been nice but loved that there was a mini fridge! Room service was a great option but it was not affordable! We would have loved to enjoy room service a couple nights that we were there but ended up ordering from restaurants with door dash due to cost of room service.

Liked: Love the amenities - the pool and lobby are all very clean and enjoyable
Disliked: Food quality was poor - in room dining burger was dry and the mushroom burger was so dry that it was inedible! The creamer in the room for the coffee was bad and lumpy like yogurt. Not what you would expect from a 5 star resort. Stayed here a number of times in the past, pre-Covid and have to say everything then was excellent! Sad to see quality dropped :(
