Very good

Liked: Friendly staff, lovely big room, comfortable bed. Location was excellent, within walking distance to the French Quarter.
Disliked: It wasn't the end of the world, but during our 2 night stay we didn't get our room cleaned.

Was excellent.

Liked: upscale.
Disliked: the margarita mix at bar is horrible . the mix should be fresh everything—including NO PRE-MIXED MARGARITAS ‼️‼️

Liked: The Corner King Suite was great size and had a great view. I liked that all he staff seemed to be happy and helpful
Disliked: I didn't like fact that elevators were a bit confusing and that they were slow to get to the top floors.

High end hotel in great...

Liked: The breakfast was fantastic. Very high end. I’m really glad we opted for Executive Lounge privileges. The bed was comfy and the room was a nice size.
Disliked: We had a couple of snafoos with batteries! The batteries went out in the remote and no one ever came so we had to sleep with the TV on all night until they could refresh the batteries the next day and the battery went out in the room door so we couldn’t get in until Maintenance came and changed the batteries. I would also suggest thicker, fluffier towels. This is the JW Marriott after all!
