Liked: Great vibes 5star hotel with excellent service

Beautiful hotel! Great pool too.

Liked: Location is perfect! Walkable to all of downtown.
Disliked: Need more staff at bar/restaurant in the lobby! Slow slow service. Nothing to do with the property though:)

Disliked: Upon checking in I was charged the full amount again for discretionary hold. Still haven’t gotten my $$ back. Wanted to change the cc on file & wasn’t told the other cc wouldn’t lose hold till I checked out

Disliked: Room 404…need to repair window block auto curtain. Wall where a/c needs replacing (torrington wood). Not up to Marriott standards.
