Liked: Location of hotel is good.Corsair is nice.Room has nice layout
Disliked: Bed bottom sheet is not fitted so it comes out.Duvet is too light.No slippers or bathrobe in the room.Barking dog in room near us

Liked: Location is good and facilities are fine
Disliked: Property is tired. Staff are in the main friendly but some are incompetent Some amenities are overpriced Housekeeping is pretty poor

Under my expectation

Liked: Breakfast is wonderful, but do expect a wait time after 9am. The water park is great. Bournbon Steak restaurant is terrific for dinner.
Disliked: We required extra bed in our booking, but not until the next day we checked in they delivered the bed. There’s no slipper no bath robe in the room as shows in the description, if you request it takes long to arrive or they wont deliver because they forgot it. I understand it’s holiday season and they are busy, but that’s not suppose to be the holiday experience we expect.
