Disliked: The staff were the WORST! They never wanted to hear my concerns and complaints. They made sure to always have the last say. The staff at reception have no principles whatsoever. They lie. And they just want to keep deducting money from your card. Make sure to never give them your card details. I had to literally yell at them at the top of my voice because it was always their way.

Liked: SERVICE IN CAFE WAS SLOW THEY DID NOT RECONIGIZE GUEST AS THEY ARRIVED. I WAITED AT BAR ONE DAY AND GAVE UP. PILLOWS ON BEDS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. ROOM HAD DOUBLE AND NOT STANDARD QUEENS (BEDS TO SMALL)ROOM WAS BEAUTFUL. TAXI GUYS GREAT. ALSO ROOM DOOR DOES NOT SHUT AS U LEAVE DANGEROUS IF U DON;T CHECK UR DOOR DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY CLOSE

Liked: Excellent location. Great facilities
Disliked: Uncomfortable beds for a 5 stars hotel. Be careful when use Booking.com, site says that breakfast is included, but Marriot don’t want to honor it. You have to go to the desk front and ask for your rights !!
