Liked: Helpful staff; nice clean rooms; great location.
Disliked: Expensive valet; pool and hot tub is closed if it's wet outside.

Liked: To many druggies for the Marriott didn’t feel safe
Disliked: My room was dirty

Liked: We asked for a direct skyline view room and didn't get one (got one facing Crypto Arena) but that's okay at the end of a day. Everything was fine.

We were very comfortable given...

Liked: We evacuated from the fires. The staff especially the Concierge Jennifer took very good care of us.
Disliked: I would have liked more market fresh grab and go food instead of big meals. Only available option for something small and clean eating was Illy coffee shop.

Great staycation option

Liked: Very easy. They have a solution to every inconvenience in the real world. The pool and hot tub was so luxurious. Next time I’m gonna order food poolside!
Disliked: One little thing, I wanted to soak in the tub in my room, and the drain was messed up. The plug was detached from the hole. I spent a good 10 minutes putting it back in place. I’m sure someone from the staff would have gladly helped though.

Hotel was nice however staff...

Liked: Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was good as well.
Disliked: I have been charged destination fee which I wasn't aware about and came as a shock. Also, due to a change of itinerary I have made several attempts to contact hotel to cancel breakfast, I have contacted booking.com as well with a request and it hasn't changed. Also, I have requested liquid handwash in my room and that request is not met.
