Nice room and good customer service. I was just a bit disappointed that the room didn't have a robe given that it is JW Marriott and there was an issue with the shower body. However, they quickly sent us robes and an engineer to fix the problem. I had left something in the room and reported it to lost and found. I was told that they would check and give me a call back. I still haven't heard from them.

Disliked: The property charged me 250$ more than my booking price and when I checked with them at the reception on the day of check out they confirmed that my rate is 250$ less and that amount is taken as deposit which will be refunded within 2-5 business days. Now its been more than 11 days since I checked out and I still didi not receive my money back. I called the hotel and messaged them through booking but no response. It’s a shame for such big name!
