Even though I didn't get the room I requested, the room I was put in was still amazing. Everyone was very nice here - one of the staff members even made it a point to make sure my friends and I knew they were serving free champagne at the front desk. I had a great experience here and would definitely come back here. The only thing I didn't really like was having to pay for parking every time you leave the garage. Online it says parking is only $36 a day, that wasn't the case at all. That was the biggest issue.
Liked: Everyone was very friendly.
Disliked: I requested a smoking room online but was put in a smoking room; paying for parking.

Convenient and comfortable
Liked: It’s a convenient downtown location with nice spa & restaurant, it’s clean and comfortable

We didn’t stay they moved...
Liked: They booked me somewhere else as it was booked wrong and they still charged me one night.
Disliked: Staff lied just be-careful if they do that you will still get charged after they told me no. Feel like they did that a have room to someone else.

Disliked: The food was disgusting. I got sick and they did take it iff the bill But then the water was not working at 530 am as there is construction happening in the street which is not their fault but the hotel did not notify guests so I had a plane to catch and could not take a shower after being sick from the food the day before
