Liked: Location and staff are the best. Quality is great when evaluating only the accommodation.
Disliked: The fitness facilities are in fact relying on the private gym in the building. We tried to go to the pool and we were not allowed to enter, as the gym staff claimed we were not wearing the appropriate swimming clothes, although we wear proper shorts.

Liked: The bed was one of the most comfortable ever! It was difficult to get out of it. The location is excellent, the hotel is clean, and once the lobby renovation is completed it will be even better.

Disliked: The concierge service is very bad , i called the concierge gentleman twice and he said one moment then he disappeared.I had to push the concierge trolly all by myself to the main entrance

Disliked: A lady needs a table, a chair, an electrical plug and a MIRROR, this was not available, had to stand up in the hallway to dry my hair, not good
