An ideal place to stay...

Liked: I stayed here when it was the Jumeirah Frankfurt Hotel. The change in management has not affected the quality of service; it is still a lovely hotel in the heart of Frankfurt.
Disliked: Nothing

Xmas markets trip with friends

Liked: Excellent location, friendly efficient staff
Disliked: Pool didn't allow under 18's

Liked: Location and room was great.
Disliked: Netflix through Cromecast didn’t work which was very annoying and a huge issue as we had planned family movie night. Gluten free options almost non-existent. Very bad for such a hotel.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was perfect, from hotel aesthetics to staff behavior, professionalism and service. The view we got was stunning and probably the key point of our stay but we cannot overlook that the hotel keeps up with technology advancements.The night room service was top notch, both wine and food were above expectations given that it was late at night.We're going to visit again for sure!
Disliked: As we stayed for only one night, there is nothing bad we could think of
