Good

Disliked: Fire alarm went off and we had to descend 20 stories through the escape stairs! Very stressful and difficult in our age.

The best

Liked: One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The location is excellent in the heart of the shopping area of ​​Frankfurt. The staff is perfect, smiling, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is wonderful. I have only good things to say about the hotel.

Great service, great facilities and...

Liked: It was better than I expected it to be , especially the helpfulness of the staff and the room facilities. The room was spacious, had great views , had buttons to control the curtains , a wireless phone charger and was some what luxurious. The buffet breakfast was very good. The only thing I was a bit disappointed about was there wasn’t any food in the minibar only drinks. Apart from that I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it.
Disliked: The minbar in my room having no food , but only drinks.
