Liked: Great location and incredible staff, the staff were a real highlight for us. Every staff touch point was a pleasant experience.

Liked: Loved the location and ideal for an event we had during the evening we stayed. Lovely decor throughout. Our rooms (we booked two, one for us and one for our parents) were very comfortable, clean and well-presented.
Disliked: Nice restaurant but the service was disappointing, especially compared to other similar hotels we have stayed at. We waited a long time for our ordered breakfast items, having had to remind/prompt. By the time they arrived, the eggs were cold for each of us. There was a good selection of other options but the basics are important everywhere, let alone a hotel and restaurant you have high expectations of during your stay.
