The hotel was very clean and I absolutely love, love, LOVED the shower, bed, and pillows. The closet space was awesome as well. The whole set-up and details for guests were spot on! Besides a few issues, I would gladly visit again.

Liked: Besides the knocking noise and being inconvenienced, it was peaceful for the remainder of our stay. I received a surprise bottle of champagne from the hotel congratulating me for graduating - awesome! Excellent views of the water, bridge, and city lights. I loved the live band!
Disliked: Loud knocking noise in walls when water was turned on by guests above or next door. I was promised a phone call when my daughter's room was cleaned upon her arrival and I never got that call. We were waiting for hours and had to go back to the front desk, only to find out someone dropped the ball. Next day I ordered my breakfast and it arrived cold - tasted good but it would have been more enjoyable if it was the right temperature.

Liked: Not having to go back outside. Being able to walk to are event.
Disliked: I was charged twice for my parking. I used a different card at the exit. But was also charged on my card I held the room with for parking. I then attempted to fill this out online but it wasn’t working at the time.
