Amazing location, comfortable and good...

Liked: The location was amazing. The rooms are small-ish (normal size for NYC), but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. The staff were really helpful and kind. We would definitely stay again.

Liked: The location was amazing it’s the prime location in NYC, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and honestly everything was just perfect. It’s gonna be my go to hotel whenever I’m in New York.

Nice staff, dreadful Hotel room,...

Liked: Staff were friendly, breakfast was good, room size was good.
Disliked: I stayed in a Junior Suite, the room was a decent size. Windows were dirty, one set of windows was so dirty as to make looking out them difficult. The room smelled of mould all the time, the landing was dreadful every evening with a dreadful smell coming from one of the neighbouring apartments that was SO bad it actually made it's way under the door into my suite. The carpet in my suite was shockingly ugly and there was a monolithic desk and mirror set in the middle of my room that looked as though it had come from Soviet Russia. The furniture was tired and some of the draws fell apart when you tried to use them. It was dreadful and when compared with the price which was TOP TOP Dollar there was no value for money at all.
