One time stay and that’s...

Liked: Location is perfect
Disliked: Not much else apart from location, very pricey

The facility was great. But...

Disliked: Your billing is extremely confusing. So much so that your manager was unable to even describe it. I had a few mystery charges to my card that eventually were refunded back to me but were never really described to me. That’s shady.

Comfortable & sweet!

Liked: The room was spacious, and the staff are very nice with positive & polite attitudes. They are always happy to help you with any request you have. Concierge service helped me with booking tickets for museums around NYC. The hotel is safe with security around & in the lobby which was a ++ for me. Highly recommend!!!
Disliked: Wifi wasnt free (only for Bonvoy members).
