This hotel, spa and resort are absolutely charming. The Christmas decorations were wonderful and every member of the staff we encountered was so pleasant. We hope that Barry Manilow has a Christmas concert at McCallum Theater in December 2018. We will be back at your wonderful resort then!

Great getaway, staff in the...

Liked: Beautiful grounds, putt putt golf and pickleball were a plus. Spa is expensive, but worth it. Comfy bed. Good to great food in most of the restaurants.
Disliked: Requested two rooms next to each other. They allowed us to check in to 1 room early and text us when adjacent room was ready. The front desk booked someone else in our 2nd room so I was put in another room they considered an upgrade. Back side of the building, no sunset view like previous room. While the room was larger the bathroom floor needs a deep cleaning. The only plus to the room mess up was that is was in a quieter area of the hotel. Disappointed I didn't gave a sunset view from my deck.

Liked: Felt like a all inclusive resort ! Lots of pools and lawn chairs ! The Rockwood restaurant was delicious! Free self parking !!
Disliked: Our assigned room which was lovely and clean overlooking the pool was very far … at the very end of the resort ! At least a 10 min walk to the lobby !

Overpriced for the quality the...

Liked: Excellent location. Beautiful garden and outdoor setup.
Disliked: Food quality is clearly below average for a 5 stars hotel. Very disappointing, regardless if ordering in the room or eating at one of the restaurants Even a simple pizza was not well cooked (cheese didn’t melt)
