This hotel, spa and resort are absolutely charming. The Christmas decorations were wonderful and every member of the staff we encountered was so pleasant. We hope that Barry Manilow has a Christmas concert at McCallum Theater in December 2018. We will be back at your wonderful resort then!

Superb

Liked: I visited in December. The lobby was large and nice. The Starbucks on the first floor was enough to replace breakfast. The outdoor swimming pool was very satisfying with hot water. Unfortunately, I couldn't take a walk on the golf course. The outdoor landscaping was beautiful.

Pick somewhere else

Liked: I would not pick this place to stay again. It's getting old. I truly wasn't a fan of any of it. The game room was OK but it's like a Dave and Buster's type of place where you have to pay for everything.
Disliked: We stayed here for New Year's eve for a few days. This Marriott is getting old and it's not worth the money. We had booked a two rooms with sofa beds and didn't get either room with a sofa bed. They brought us a roll-away bed that was so uncomfortable. We asked for an extra blanket and we were told the hotel didn't have any more blankets. The whole place is feeling run down and I would not recommend staying here. There are better places for less money.

Liked: property was very big, and they give us the worst room , whith 2 kids and pregnant i was walking 10 min to rich the room, itwas smell disgusting from restaurants trush smell and the evelavtor was out of order

Disliked: the hostesses for the restaurants are rude. the worst customer service. especially at the ironwood restaurant: it felt to me like I was begging them to get me a table.

Superb

Liked: Really nice hotel with a lot of possibilities for kids, e.g. watching Flamingos, game center, play area, mini golf and more. Dinner at Mikado restaurant was perfect.

Disliked: Check-in and check-out could have been smoother if they had people with more training so they don't make so many mistakes in charging the guest's Credit Card. They use a 3rd party processing company that holds the money that is charged even by mistake for 30 days before they can refund it.

Pleasant

Liked: The room was fine and we really liked using the pool and the hot tub and sitting by the fire pits.
Disliked: We paid in advance to make S'mores by the fire pit our first night, but when we go there, there no s'mores and no one seemed to know where to go or who could help us where to go. Finally found out that it had been cancelled, but no one told us that, and when I asked for a refund, the folks told me that I had to talk to someone else about getting my money back. Not staying here again.
