Liked: Comfortable and modern room with a good size bathroom.Location is next to Willis Tower.No wait time during check-inFast and very friendly room service
Disliked: Wifi paid (but they manually removed from bill when asked about it)Bill was not clear, they give you credit for the city tax to be used for dining however not clear if/how this was applied on bill.

Liked: The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. I would return again.
Disliked: The cost of parking was atrocious, and so was the cost of the meals from room service. We were charged $8.00 for a single can of soda. That is astronomical. I couldn't imagine why my room svc bill was so high and it was bc of the inflation of regular items. $15 for a single kids cup of mac and cheese is insane. The indoor pool was also cold, my youngest couldn't even swim bc he was shaking after 5 minutes.
