Disliked: My wife said the decaf coffee wasn't good, and the temperature of the spa was too low...but the bath was great. So no complaints really.

Extremely disappointing

Liked: Couldn’t check in till over an hour after designated check in time, had to follow up about getting into our room. Then had to wait another hour for our bags to be brought up to the room meaning we had to cancel our dinner reservation. Ordered some fries from room service had to wait 1.5 hours following up multiple times, when the finally arrived they were cold and a hair was on them, found a thick line of dust next to the cups when going to make a tea in the morning. Now still waiting to get my money back!!

Great place in downtown Auckland....ideal...

Liked: Excellent location, in downtown Auckland, which also doubles up as the main tourist hub. Very good restaurant with an exceptional breakfast spread!
Disliked: Generally helpful staff, but it could get better. Restaurant staff was exceptionally good though! Parking is an issue and a parking attendant should be there to help guests. There is parking available for a fee across the road but guests often dont know that.

Disliked: Price of breakfast buffet was outrageous for what it was, and the service was terrible. After waiting 5 minutes for silverware ( after requesting it of the waiter )we had Togo get it ourselves.
