Down in the ATL!!!

Liked: The city view was INCREDIBLE! The beds were soft. The shower and bath tub was wonderful! I came for a hair appointment and stayed for the weekend. It was so nice! The hotel is full of beautiful art and lovely people. The valet team REALLY shined too. More than everyone the valet and room service personnel were the absolute best! 9/10 overall...will def recommend!
Disliked: The pillows where too flat. Room service was not very fast but still tasty.

Nice place to stay in...

Liked: We used the club level room which was very nice for sitting and relaxing with a nice view of Atlanta, and the availability of snacks (inclusive) and alcoholic drinks (extra cost).
Disliked: The alcove that the toilet is in is not made for larger (such as myself) people and made it uncomfortable to use. Getting from the parking garage to the main lobby was a bit of a maze.

Liked: The location is easy to find, and the property is beautifully decorated and clean! The staff were so accommodating and polite, and they went above and beyond to serve us. We could not have asked for a better experience!
