Nice place to stay in...

Liked: We used the club level room which was very nice for sitting and relaxing with a nice view of Atlanta, and the availability of snacks (inclusive) and alcoholic drinks (extra cost).
Disliked: The alcove that the toilet is in is not made for larger (such as myself) people and made it uncomfortable to use. Getting from the parking garage to the main lobby was a bit of a maze.

Liked: The location is easy to find, and the property is beautifully decorated and clean! The staff were so accommodating and polite, and they went above and beyond to serve us. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Not bad but not great...

Liked: Location, connection to Lenox Mall, staff was very pleasant.
Disliked: Hotel was just ok. For the money I could have found better accommodations. No wow factor. Hot breakfast in the private lounge was not good at all: food was cold.l, croissants were stale and eggs were bland.
