Liked: Great location, very easy to get everywhere. Lovely staff. Upgraded us to an Executive room which was a very nice surprise
Disliked: one of the towels in the bathroom was dirty

Liked: Clean, stylish. easy to book and check-in. Reception staff were very nice. We didn't get the room we booked but that wasn't a big deal.

Liked: I did not avail of breakfast but used bar and found it pleasant and a very good barman. My room was to a very high standard and comfortable. Got nice treats and a bottle of water also.
Disliked: no complaints so I am not trying to find faults
