Liked: The room temperature was 27 degrees at one point, set the room stat at 18, but the fan went off after an hour or so, unbearably hot. Tried many times to control the heat, on the last night we left the bathroom light on and this kept the fan going. The beds were far too hard, and there was no variety of pillows, all far too hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was always short of a few items on the list.The location is fabulous, couldn’t be more central. The problems I’ve raised, you’ve probably heard a million times. These are easily fixable, such a shame to fall down on basics

Liked: All facilities and amenities were ideal. The staff were very helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Liked: Location was great!
Disliked: After a long day of travel. I went to the resturant on site and wanted to take a way a salad to eat and relax in my room. They said the only thing I could take a way was a pizza beacuse that was the only take a way box they have. That was disappointing.
