Exceptional

Liked: Myself and my partner had just checkout out of our previous hotel and did not receive great customer service. We were delighted when we checked into the Leonardo as we were amazed by how friendly and welcoming staff were. I really want to compliment the lady with blonde curly hair who checked us in she had advised she as from Spain. Her customer service was amazing and she is a true asset to the company. Customer service really makes a difference and we are truly thankful. Second time staying at this hotel and it never fails.

Lovely place to stay
