Lovely warm welcome and great...

Liked: Hotel was clean the staff were friendly,helpful and lovely and warm which was important as it was very cold in December when we visited Cork
Disliked: Probably location we were fine but some guests may think the walk is a bit long to get to the centre

Liked: The room was very neat and tidy. Also, very clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful.The breakfast was also top class.
Disliked: Nothing major. The pillows were too hard for our liking and the room wasn't cleaned the day after our first night's stay.
