I brought my daughter to celebrate her 21st. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We loved the view and comfortable beds.

Liked: The staff are super friendly and the hotel has a super cool vibe. I liked the free brewed coffee that was available in the lobby each morning. Our room had an enormous window with a great view of downtown. The check in was excellent as we were able to check in very early by paying a small fee.

Good hotel in walking distance...
Liked: Beautiful, clean hotel with very friendly staff. The restaurant downstairs is a hopping popular spot with good food and drinks. The neighborhood felt safe during the day. We did not feel comfortable walking at night because of many vagrants around.
Disliked: Poor sound insulation. Could hear neighboring rooms and hallway noises. This hotel is not the best choice if sharing a room, especially with non family members. The sliding glass door to the bathroom provides very little privacy.

Fun modern hotel, great for...
Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were quite comfortable. I liked the location; it’s good to have a nice hotel that isn’t downtown or at the airport. Since the Jupiter is situated on the edge between residential and commercial space, it wasn’t hard to find a local coffee shop or pizzeria nearby.
Disliked: Being in a busier neighborhood amid bars and night clubs, and having its own small-event venue right downstairs, it could get noisy on weekend nights. The toilet & shower area isn’t very closed off from the rest of the room. Guests sharing a room will hear what the other one is doing.

Wouldn't go back there.
Liked: Nicely designed. Location is not bad with relatively less homeless people in the close area of the hotel. Nice balconies on the top floors.
Disliked: Some staff members were either rude or unhelpful. Didn't help me with things I thought were basic and got help with in other hotels. The room had no safe which I found to be weird. No phone. No scale (needed to weigh my luggage before my flight. Other hotels had this). To be fair they never said they have any of those things, but I also didn't check as I assumed that's included. Overall it gave me a feeling like they doubled down on design at the cost of guest needs and service.
