Fine but not recommend for...

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Didn’t have AC in the room so summer night is sweltering hot, even with the windows open. And there’s mosquitoes so don’t really recommend opening the window. Room compacted and stairs are super vertical, no elevator.

Good

Liked: Location wise this is absolute value for money for those who couldn't cope with hostels.
Disliked: The house right next to the hotel was under construction, and I could literally see the scaffolding to the right of my window. Saving grace was that I stayed over a weekend and woke up early, also I had exceedingly obliging and thoughtful neighbours. Otherwise the thin walls would not filter any noise. The room was very small, and I said that as a slim person having spent half of my life in Hong Kong
