Liked: Comfortable rooms. Staff was very, very nice and accommodating. Doug Fir next door had great food, service and an awesome concert venue. When I return to Portland I will only stay at your hotel. You guys get a AAA+.

Liked: I loved the witty sexual innuendos in the room haha. We thought it was funny and the location was great. Price was even better

Wonderful stay!

Liked: Lovely staff. The desk clerk upgraded me to a large room because I told him it was my birthday! So nice of him. Beds are super comfortable. Free coffee!

Jupiter is just a bunch...

Liked: The bar/restaurant that was in the other building.
Disliked: Being in the older motor lodge at the price, left to wander the motor court from check in across the street; what not to like goes on. Isolated from amenities from hotel such as morning coffee unless you wish to run across the street. In a double room this meant usage of the bathroom when occupied in room, you would need to walk across the street. Drafty bathroom, and no phone to connect to front desk(they claim to be green, I think it's because the building is missing the Doug fir lounge they display in images as being the star of the motor court; it closed during the pandemic.. Would not stay here again due to the awkward nature and pricing. The new building may have been better if an experience, however it wasn't advertised until arrival that we would not be in the new building. Misleading and haphazard structure overall.

Jupiter NEXT

Liked: The new Next building is great.
Disliked: The older Jupiter felt somewhat deserted due to the Doug Fir being gone, which I was unaware of them vacating the premises. I told the front desk man though that I wasn't too happy in the old room & he upgraded me to a room with an epic view of the city. It was amazing. Sorry, I didn't get a pic.

Great place to land for...

Liked: Location was great, it's a comfortable, no frills hotel. Coffee is the morning is nice. LOVE that there are hooks on the walls. Staff was very friendly. Easy check-in/check-out.
