Liked: What a wonderful place!Perfectly located at Savigny Platz, which is already a sweet area with shops and nightlife. Very close to Ku'damm and Zoo and just around the corner from the S-Station, from where you can get anywhere very quickly.The hotel is very sweet, nice ambiance, very nice and helpful staff, no matter whether you address them at 3pm or 2am. My room was perfect, nice size, bathroom just big enough, with a great view over Savigny Platz and despite the S-Bahn going right in front, I did not hear a single noise. Not even from the inside, by the way. I spent 3 perfect, quiet, relaxing, comfortable nights here - and if they were too short, that was certainly not the hotel's fault. Also breakfast for the price of 19 Euro is worth it. Nice choice from a buffet and really sweet service. I was happy all around here.
Disliked: The hotel informs you that the rooms are only cleaned after the 2nd night. Which, if you think about it, is not so bad at all and quite sufficient. You can choose to have the room cleaned even later or not at all, and I had informed the reception that they didn't need to clean my room during my 3 nights stay. However, it got cleaned after the second night. I mean, it's not really a criticism, but if you offer that kind of choice, then organize it correctly.

Bad experince

Liked: Very bad experience, cuz of the tram couldnot sleep. The staff was not friendly. We make the booking on booking.com and i payed everything online, but in the hotel we most pay 5,9 euro extra i donot know way. She wanted me to pay deposit. Very bad i will never come back
