Worst service and liars

Liked: Close to many restaurants.Near transportation.Comfortable bed.
Disliked: You hear the trains all night. The worst service I received from an hotel for a long time. In my reservation, I stated we want a quiet room. Instead of seeing this request beforehand and letting us know in advance that a quiet room code more money, the receptionist told us this info when we checked in (at this point obviously the reservation is non-unrefined). The receptionist insisted that if we want a quiet room, we must pay more. We paid an additional fee cause we did not have a choice.

Cozy and kind

Liked: Very flexible, unpretentious and caring. Had a nice room overlooking the garden which was quieter
Disliked: It was a bit noisy but not from the outside but I think it’s because I was close to the elevator

Liked: Great location, 100 metres from the train station, with access to the whole city. Lovely restaurants right on the doorstep aswell.
