Liked: Every interaction with staff has been friendly and with exceptional customer service. We had issues with our plans due to illness. The owners were very understanding and willing to work with us to shift the booking to the following weekend. We were running late on the day we actually checked in and when we called to let them know they were able and happy to arrange for us to pick up the key from a secure lockbox. The location is quiet and while the room was minimal, all the essentials were provided and everything was clean, working, and comfortable. Parking is convenient for the rooms, and there is space to sit and smoke undercover outside the room with ashtrays provided on the tables. We could not have had a better experience and highly recommend this accommodation. Thanks guys, we will definitely stay here again when visiting and not able to stay with local family.
