Liked: My experience was bad I booked two rooms and the payment was in the property after tge booking confirmation i found a message from the hotel that i have to pay asap. My booking was for two rooms adter the payment i found that the booking was for only one room while my booking was fir two i trued to talk to them but no result and they told ne that this is the issue if i booked from third party and also they asked for the deposit payment that it was not mentioned in the policies thirdly the gym is located in other building that was not mentioned while the booking.
Disliked: I payed for two movies on the TV in the same time the receptionist informed us that its free and we watched only one movie. While i want to go out i have to make sure that the safety box is looked otherwise u will find it open from nowhere !?
