Liked: House keeping team was excellent and kind. Location is great and room is not bad compared to others in London.
Disliked: The reception team is so rude. Especially Sahar..they don't even know the basics of customer service i don't know how they are recruit it to be at reception deck. When I wanted to pay, I noticed 5% extra on my bill, which was added by the hotel system as additional charges. When I claimed that this was not mentioned in the booking, they apologized and removed it. While check out, they charged me rather than takchellfromnthe deposit taken during the check in

Hotel restaurant lets the whole...

Liked: Hotel staff very nice & room kept clean
Disliked: In house restaurant is operated by another company other than the Hotel now . No bar service at all , they have stopped serving alcohol in the hotel, we were only told this upon arrival. The breakfast on the b&b rate was terrible , very little choice and if you wanted more than one hot drink you would have to pay extra. Expect better from a 5* Hotel chain. A shame as we have stayed in this hotel a number of times and their other hotels in Dubai & Spain. Very very poor !!!!
