Liked: central location, freindly reception staff and nice thought as it was my partners birthday and a small cake and champaign were waiting in the room. Beds were comfortable. Really comfortable but unfortunately, when opening curtains they were all stained and mouldy at the bottom towards the floor.
Disliked: breakfast service was appaling. Not at all in line with my expectations of 5 star. Breakfast is outsourced to another company, staff were overwhealmed, couldn't handle it. No coffee served, we had to ask several times and finally got it after 30 minutes. waiters didn't even come to take egg orders, not until we were ready to leave after having ate at the very small and underwhelming buffet. Honestly, this is one are no hotel should neglect. it's the start of the day and sets the mood for the stay.
