I recommend that hostel for...

Liked: The location could not have been better : literally at the footsteps of the Marienberg Fortress. The view was amazing and the hostel was very well equipped, with a bathroom and showers at our disposal at our floor, in addition to the one in our dorm. Other common rooms are available to chill and relax.
Disliked: The staff was very friendly except one older lady, who has almost yelled at me and who was very rude to me. I would like to complain about her behaviour. I was very well intentioned when I wanted to give back an hairdryer that my roommate had forgotten to give back in the morning. I wanted to do so so that the other residents could use the hairdryer while we were gone during the day. I had told her that she could give my roommate the deposit back later. I was only being altruistic here, and had no plan on stealing the deposit, as she would sadly assume.Her being tired is not a reason to release her frustration on the clients. I really hope she will not speak that way and be that rude to any other guest. It is a pity she has ruined the atmosphere of the other joyful and helpful staff.

Disliked: The female room is one of the worst dorm I have ever been in and I did a world trip for 3 years around the world. The most horrible is the size of the room. Its way to small for 6 Bads, does not look this small in the pictures. I felt like I will suffocate. The smell was also horrible. I left as soon as it was bright outside around 7am even though I paid more nights. Would not recommend this place.The breakfast looked nice but not worth staying awake all night.
