Liked: Garden, price and closeness to old town
Disliked: Check-in a little slow

Very good

No doubt, I will stay...

Liked: Staff: They had a bit a hard time on Sunday evening at the bar but they made the best out of it. A particular commendation for the young lady who came in on her free day/evening to help out.
Disliked: It is the 3rd time I have stayed at that hotel. In the meantime it has even been renovated (2021). I particularly appreciate its location next to the old part of town.

Liked: Location, room view direct to fortress. Excellent.
Disliked: One of the staff was not friendly to allow us to stay in lobby areas. No choice, we headed to salzburg bus station, which was surprisingly no roof for waiting. We were waiting under the cold night and windy for 3 hours. Nevertheless, we had survived
