Good hotel with an unpleasant...

Liked: The lobby was pleasant for a morning coffee and an evening drink and snack. The location of the hotel is very good if you want to walk to the city center. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: We had very small rooms without even a wardrobe. There were no hooks or anything in the bathroom to hang towels or clothes. Our room also had a big issue in the bathroom. A sewage smell spread throughout the bathroom, and we couldn’t keep the bathroom door open during the night at all. The reception staff did their best to resolve the problem, but unsuccessfully. The bathroom fragrance only masked the smell for a short time. Our room and maybe other with that problem should not be rented to guests.

Disliked: Where do I start. Room although clean very dull and strange set up with toilet in one room and sink, shower etc in another. Staff were very unhelpful and rude. The bar is poorly stocked and run out of everything including food. we ordered toasties for lunch and told the hotel had ran out of bread. This was 2pm in the day! Also ordered room service at 6pm to be told they weren’t doing room service as they were to busy
