An OK when nothing more.

Liked: The property location is excellent for those with personal transportation. Some restaurants are within walking distance, but they are a bit pricy.
Disliked: The hotel surroundings are filled with trash, and some construction remnants are visible. The green areas are not maintained, and there are substantial signs of a lack of building maintenance. For example, the handrails show significant corrosion damage and lack of paint, the floors are discolored or half-painted in other areas, our hotel room bathtub shower valve makes noise when dispensing water, the room TV didn't work and had a STBY TV for use, but the broken tv was not removed. The pool shows signs of poor maintenance even though the property was "remodeled" 2 years ago.

Liked: Close to the beach and a lot of the amenities!
Disliked: The rooms weren’t all that clean! The sink was stopped up the entire time even after telling them. I wasn’t expecting anything extravagant but these things could have easily been corrected to make it a better stay.
