Liked: It’s big
Disliked: Apparently from the last time I stayed to this one , the building doesn’t have good care , the WiFi is really slow, TVs doesn’t have the latest software or they don’t really check , there’s not blow dryer, lamps were broken and didn’t work, staff was meh!

STAY AWAY

Liked: It is a gestapo camp: very cold/lifeless place but employees especially front desk are colder. Air condition does not work, towels smell sulfur. During check in lady kept deny my 4 credit cards, finally she accepted 5th one. I got very nervous and called all my banks thinking I got fraud. With that anxiety, I learnt after 1 hour nothing wrong with my credit cards. It is an extremely cold place, I was frozen the night, and AC/ heater doesn’t work. When I was leaving , they wanted to charge me 600 pesos more because I was 18 min late and attitude. Stay away at all cost

Liked: TV in my parents room was not working and the lady in the front desk was rude and gave no option and the only option she gave was for the to leave the room and wait more than 6 hours so they could assign another room. When tried to reasoning with her she was very rude will never stay there and send my parentsShe was saying that is the service you have to take it
Disliked: The lady in front desk she was rude she never gave a solution so tu the malfunctions of the TV. She yelled at my parents
