Terrible experienfe

Liked: TV in my parents room was not working and the lady in the front desk was rude and gave no option and the only option she gave was for the to leave the room and wait more than 6 hours so they could assign another room. When tried to reasoning with her she was very rude will never stay there and send my parentsShe was saying that is the service you have to take it
Disliked: The lady in front desk she was rude she never gave a solution so tu the malfunctions of the TV. She yelled at my parents

Liked: Big suite with lots of space, comfortable bed. Use of jacuzzi was a nice bonus. Unfortunately the sauna did not heat up to a good temperature.
Disliked: The booking was accidentally made 2x and we felt a bit hassled by the staff to fix it from our end.Parking is an extra charge and free breakfast is very simple and not good quality. For the price you pay, they can give a bit better service with more included amenities.

It was okay.

Liked: The location and size of the room.
Disliked: Whoever runs the cafe is beyond rude. I paid for breakfast for my entire stay and only utilized it once because I made to feel uncomfortable and bothersome by the cafe staff.
