Disliked: Everything was great, not very well insulated. I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t leave my luggage as I wasn’t leaving Mexico City until that evening. I think for the price point this place should atleast have a luggage room. It’s a very basic request and the staff need better language skills.

Liked: Great location,our room was a ground floor room with a specious lounge/ Kitchen, bedroom was two large double beds.
Disliked: Where to start. 1, glad we were on the ground floor as lifts were out of order the whole trip, no staff to help people with their luggage. 2, our room had a kitchen but not enough utensils for 2 people. 3, our bathroom had a hole in the wall where a hairdryer once was, so no hairdryer, the bathroom window was broken and didn’t shut so very noisy, the shower was appalling and very hit and miss if you would get hot water.4, TV was broken reported this no action taken the same for the window. 5, a very noisy hotel inside and outside. 6, my biggest disappointment was the staff. Great on check in but that was it, walked past them twice a day and no engagement even if we said hello.

Liked: i liked the breakfest and some patys of the room. i liked the location close to evrrtything. the sauna was great but didnt heat up enought, i liked it overall
Disliked: the bathroom had missing items, n hot water and the hair dryer was broken, no safe box , the tv didnt work properly
