Liked: Some of the staff were quite nice and the room was comfortable.
Disliked: Some of the staff were unprofessional: I.e. one of them insisted that we didn't pay for breakfast although we did. She then seemed to have discovered that we did, but she never apologised.Also, the breakfast wasn't really great, it was just about average.

Liked: Breakfast was good, and bed was comfortable. Got a good night's sleep. Great value, and decent location. Place looked stylish, and clean.
Disliked: Issues with TV including chromecast not working. Weren't told that rooftop bar and pool were closed. Would have preferred kettle and teas in room, and not shared. Room was quite small.

Liked: Very comfy beds,Sweet, courteous and smiling staff,Decent value breakfast,Excellent shower which is excellent at keeping water from spraying all over the place: the glass door seal is great,Spacious toilet (but why???),Cool young vibe.
Disliked: The design is odd, to say the least. The sink is next to the bed, the bed is attached to the wall and the toilet (thankfully separate) is relatively huge. Ahh, and no chair to speak of, nor a decent place to hang wet towels. Imagine having to sit on the floor to un/pack.In other words, this room is not meant to be enjoyed, unless you're in or on the excellent bed. It's the little things that annoy, such a loveable, friendly and courteous yet quite incapable staff: when we asked for taxi pricing to the airport, one estimated it to be 20-30e. Another member bid higher at 30-40. Eventually, traffic free, we paid 67e for a taxi ordered by the hotel.Another example is a less courteous breakfast attendant who couldn't operate the self-service stove which refused to get hot. Other oddities are dark corridor spaces which lit up as you walk as if to save precious LED energy at the expense of your far sight vision. It was a very
