Liked: The location is amazing, the hotel has an old charm, but facilities are modern and Daria was incredibly helpful with check in, check out and general information.
Disliked: The location being so amazing, it is a little tricky to find how to get there with the car. Would be great to have the information about the intercom to go through the arch at the time of booking.

Perfect place to stay to...

Liked: The property is very well positioned centrally for sight seeing. The hotel preserves the sense of history while at the same time ensuring that there is enough of the modern world to provide for creature comforts. The boutique nature of the hotel promotes personalized service and the staff went above and beyond in order to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
Disliked: Given its position guests should expect that there may be some street noise - however this is to be expected in any central location in a city and is beyond the control of the hotel or its staff.

Great trip to a fantastic...

Liked: Fantastic location in the heart of the Old Town. Staff were very friendly and helpful even contacting me ahead of arrival to offer to arrange a taxi. Beautiful hotel with lots of character in a lovely old building. Great breakfast in a lovely room overlooking the square. Bedroom and bathroom a good size with traditional style furniture.
Disliked: No lift to bedroom due to being an old building. Not a big problem. Central location so a bit of noise outside but didn’t bother me.

Liked: I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Josephine Old Town Square Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth. The room was spotless with comfortable bed and all amenities I needed. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a good variety of fresh options that catered to all dietary preferences. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional and eager to help with any request. They really made me feel a valued guest. I recommend this place and will definitely be returning on my next visit to Prague. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Liked: Top LocationStaff super friendly and helpful. Helped me with reservations in Kutna Hora. We also received small gifts and vouchers at check out. Service 12 out of 10, absolutely the best I have experienced in Europe Some minor problems include:Our room was directly in front of reception. Though the sound proof was very nice, if you are in the toilet or the shower that are near the outside hallway, you can still hear other guests and staff come and go. Also, water tank in the toilet malfunctioned several times. (But the staff were always super patient and helpful and problem was solved quite quickly). Internet not working in our room, the nice receptionist gave us access to the staff wifi.
