Amazing staff.

Liked: Staff were very friendly - duchess the dog was especially lovely.
Disliked: Our initial room was not up to standard but the staff promptly sorted the issue and ensured our stay was as up to standard as it should have been.

Liked: Nice little rooms, location
Disliked: There’s a tiny reception area, where an older man was sitting and sometimes sleeping, who turned out to be a member of staff. It was hard to talk to him, not sure he understood what I said. I really hated the fact one needed to pay extra for early and late check ins…really customer unfriendly .
