Unexpected basement

Liked: The room has a nice scandinavian design, comfortable bed and possibility to make coffee or tea. There is also heating which was helpful because of the cold weather. The location of the house is great, 10 minutes to train station and 5 minutes to the City center.
Disliked: The room was located in the basement with a small window with a view at the wall. That is not how the rooms are advertised. The room is cold and bit dampy. I would recommend the hotel management to inform people such rooms are in the offer. There are also dirty door frames close to the floor, possibly of the moisture.
